This is my version of a sweatshirt. I only have two classes today (Italian Renaissance and Ancient Egyptian Art History) so I like to go to class dressed casual and comfy. I recommend to all you classy ladies (and gents) that instead of grabbing your closest sweatshirt before heading out, try looking for other just as cozy options. Cardigans are really cozy, look great, and are classy staples that look much more pulled together than your usual sweatshirt!
My outfit above:
I love wearing this camel colored (?) long cardigan. It has really pretty detailing in the fabric and in the structure of the pockets. A major plus in contrast to the bulky sweatshirts; this cardigan is really light but really warm as well!
I like to pair the long cardigan with a nice shirt. This one is from Urban Outfitters and has great detailing along the front. It even ends in a slight ruffle!
What is your OOTD?

Love this!!!! I tend to grab an open cardi from Nordstrom too! It's practically sweatshirt material without actually being a sweatshirt!
So cute!! I'm the same way... I think it's just as easy to throw on a comfy cardigan and shirt as it is a sweatshirt!
i have a very similar cardigan i got from loft last year--it's bit more chunky and is short sleeved but i LIVED in it this winter and it looked so good as a layering piece over all sorts of tops! be sure to check out my post today, as a future teacher, i think you'll find it interesting!
Love it - I have a similar one and wore it throughout the fall & winter. It's cute and comfy too!
